These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the WedSnap app and its related services, provided by Eraktive di Yuri Gagliardi. By using WedSnap you fully accept what is set out below.

2.Description of the service

WedSnap is a service that lets you create a shared photo album for weddings and events. Whoever creates the event generates QR codes that guests scan to access the album and upload photos and videos. The content is gathered into a single gallery that can be viewed in real time.

3.Access and use

• To create an event you need to download the app and provide the required information (e.g. the event names);
• Guests access it by scanning the QR code and choosing a nickname, without creating an account;
• The user undertakes to use the service lawfully and not to compromise its operation or security.

4.In-app purchases and packages

WedSnap offers packages that can be purchased through in-app purchases handled by the Apple App Store and Google Play, in accordance with the terms and the payment, renewal and refund methods of the respective stores. Each package determines the period of availability of the event content, starting from the date of purchase:

Bronze	7 days
Silver	15 days
Gold	30 days
Platinum	1 year

Any refund requests must be handled through the relevant store, in accordance with its policies.

5.Content uploaded by users

The user remains solely responsible for the content (photos and videos) they upload. By uploading content, the user represents and warrants that they:

• hold all necessary rights to the content;
• have obtained the consent of the identifiable people portrayed;
• will not upload unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene material or material that infringes the rights of third parties.

The user grants Eraktive a limited, non-exclusive and free licence to host, process and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the service (e.g. storage, generation of optimized versions, sharing within the event album). Eraktive does not claim any ownership of users' content.

6.Moderation

Whoever creates the event and any co-organizers may moderate the album and delete content. Eraktive reserves the right to remove content and to suspend access in the event of a breach of these Terms or of the law.

7.Availability and retention of content

Once the event has closed, it is no longer possible to upload new content; guests may nonetheless continue to view, download and share the album. When the period provided by the package expires, the content is permanently deleted from our systems. We encourage you to download the archive before the expiry date.

8.Intellectual property

The WedSnap trademark, the app, the software, the graphics and the content of the service are the property of Eraktive di Yuri Gagliardi and are protected by applicable law. Their unauthorized use is prohibited.

9.Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". While we strive to ensure its correct operation, Eraktive is not liable for malfunctions, data loss, interruptions or the loss of content not downloaded within the package's terms, to the extent permitted by law. Eraktive is not responsible for the content uploaded by users.

10.Minimum age

To use WedSnap you must be at least 13 years old.

11.Changes to the Terms

Eraktive may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the latest update. Continued use of the service after the changes constitutes acceptance of them.

12.Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Milan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules.
